Real estate industry technology and consulting provider Viking Sasquatch announced the addition of Stephanie Davis as project manager.
Davis now serves as the liaison between the industry professionals who use Viking Sasquatch’s 24|Seven products and its developers. Her main focus in this new role is to help build up the 24|Seven product suite by identifying gaps and pain points in the market and implementing enhancements based on client feedback.
“Our customers are going to be heard,” Davis said in a release. “With the first launch of any product, there are almost always opportunities for further optimization to make a really great product even better or to spark an idea for a new solution altogether. I always take a client-focused approach when working on a product to ensure that it is user-friendly, accessible and reflective of what the client and industry needs.”
Prior to joining the Viking Sasquatch team, Davis spent 14 years working for Rynoh. She started in operations and worked her way up to become the head of product, focusing on user satisfaction and product enhancements.
“I’m extremely excited to have the opportunity to build up another product that will hugely benefit customers and can move the title insurance, mortgage and real estate industries forward in a big way as far as technology goes,” Davis said
Recently unveiled by Viking Sasquatch at the National Settlement Services Summit, 24|Seven Fees is a comprehensive fee calculator designed to streamline workflows, reduce costs associated with curing tolerance violations and enhance accuracy.
Additional 24|Seven products are in the pipeline for the rest of 2024 and beyond.
