Westcor Land Title Insurance Co. announced multiple leadership changes, with Chief Operating Officer Scott Chandler transferring to a new role and Glenn Bradley and Steve Black promoted to the positions of executive vice president, agency operations.
Chandler will be responsible for overseeing key process and growth initiatives, including rates, forms, and regulatory and will be responsible for industry and trade relations.
Bradley and Black will oversee the company’s day-to-day agency operations throughout the U.S.
“Westcor has always been about growth; we don’t stand still,” Chandler said in a release. “Having the opportunity to continue to contribute to our forward growth and to have the ability to help our people grow in the process is very energizing and rewarding.”
Bradley is a Florida native and grew up in Tampa, earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida. A title insurance industry veteran for 44 years, Bradley began his career as a title abstractor/examiner.

Black has been in the title business for more than 35 years. He then was responsible for launching, in succession, four new title agencies that served the national lender space. Westcor became an underwriter of the last agency, which ultimately led to the opportunity for Black to join the company.
Since joining Westcor in 2015, Black has served as South Central states regional manager, and most recently senior vice president, area manager, which supports the South Central, Mountain, Southwest and Pacific Northwest regions.
“Steve and Glenn have been great drivers of our agency success, and I am excited for them in these new roles,” said Mary O’Donnell, CEO of Westcor.
