Lundy Inc. announced that five real estate organizations — FMLS, Realcomp Ltd. II, Bluegrass Realtors, HiveMLS, and MetroTex — are using Navigator, its artificial intelligence (AI)-powered tool built for Multiple Listing Services (MLSs) and associations. Many more MLSs and associations are either in the queue or actively onboarding, the company added.
Navigator delivers organization-specific answers by pulling directly from an MLS or association’s internal knowledge base, according to Lundy.
“These organizations leverage Navigator to streamline operations, augment their support staff's abilities, ensure policy consistency, and provide their members/subscribers faster, more accurate assistance,” Lundy said in a release. “Some are even feeding it vendor contracts, enabling them to ask complex clarifying questions about agreement terms while also efficiently managing vendor expiration and renewal schedules.”
Two of the features available to new members and subscribers are instant answers via text and an after-hours support hotline.
Agents can text or call Navigator at a support number to receive organization-specific answers. They can reach out anytime, just like messaging support staff who can always assist. Members and subscribers also have access to a support phone number after-hours.
