Attorneys Title Guaranty Fund Inc. (ATGF) announced the selection of two new agency managers.
Robert Grohol is the new agency manager for the Eastern Region – including Maryland, Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi, while Nathan Myers is stepping into the same role for the Western Region – including Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Utah.
Grohol joins ATGF with more than 20 years of experience across many facets of the title and escrow industry. His varied skillsets including expertise in sales, marketing, technology and continuing education.
"Bob really understands the needs of title professionals with insight developed via sales and marketing within the title and escrow sector including with well-known industry vendors and support organizations. Bob will be focused on the growth of existing agents as well as developing new relationships for ATGF,” ATGF VP and General Manager Tom Waddle said in a release. “We are very excited to have Bob join our growing customer service team helping our Eastern Region experience unprecedented growth.”
Grohol began his career in the real estate industry in 1999 developing business for a major title production software company and has spent time growing a national electronic document recording vendor as well as another underwriter. He has worked with title agents, attorneys, underwriters, real estate brokers, lenders and public recording management employees.
Grohol said he can’t wait to “help ATGF grow its title insurance footprint and presence. I will be promoting both ATGF’s title insurance services and its free title production software, EPIC, which is tailored to smaller title agents who are conscientious about their budget.”
Myers joins ATGF with more than 25 years of experience across many facets of the real estate industry. From lending and insurance to real estate and franchising, Myers has been a part of many hundreds of transactions with homeowners, investors and business owners.
"Nathan really understands the needs of real estate professionals, including title professionals, and will be focused on the growth of existing agents as well as developing new relationships for ATGF,” Waddle said. “We are very excited to have Nathan join our growing customer service team helping our Western Region experience unprecedented growth.”
Myers has worked with and assisted business owners, franchisees, investors and homeowners in accomplishing their real estate goals, whether that was their first home or a second location for their business.
Myers said he can’t wait to “set his sights on providing the small to mid-size title agents (with eyes on their bottom line) a topflight underwriting service that comes at a fraction of the price of their competitors due to the free access to the EPIC platform.”
