Westcor Land Title Insurance Co. recently announced the promotion of Bettina Arthur to vice president of sales enablement.
“Bettina is the perfect candidate for this new role as she has been supporting the growth of our company for years using data, metrics, and training to our agency management team,” Westcor Executive Vice President Steve Black said in a release. “This role provides additional structure and focus, allowing Bettina to better equip our teams to help achieve the aggressive growth goals we have embraced.”
Arthur has more than 30 years of diverse experience in the real estate industry, with subject matter expertise in escrow, closing, mortgage lending, sales, home building, human resources, general management, and organizational development.
Arthur joined Westcor in 2011 and served as director of training prior to this new role. She specializes in developing and implementing training programs while integrating instructional technology to provide both in-person and virtual education.
Before joining the company, Arthur spent a decade as director of operations for a national homebuilder, overseeing permitting, sales, construction scheduling, closing, and post-closing processes.
In addition, Arthur is a certified distance education instructor, a member of the FBI’s InfraGard, and an educator, delivering training programs to professionals nationwide.
