Transnation Title Agency announced two leadership transitions within its firm.
William (Bill) Van Hulle was appointed as the company’s new CEO, succeeding former CEO Tom Olson, who retired on March 1. Additionally, Rebecca (Becky) Malone has taken on an expanded role as chief residential and commercial officer.
A founding member of Transnation Title in 2008, Van Hulle served as chief financial officer for the past 16 years. He has worked for more than 35 years in the finance and title insurance industry. As CEO, he will focus on increasing employee development, strengthening industry partnerships and championing sustainable growth.
“From the beginning, Transnation Title has been about empowering our people. The dedication, expertise and heart of our team are what make this company special,” Van Hulle said in a release. “My predecessors, Tom Olson and Monte Reinert, built a legacy of integrity and service, and I’m honored to continue that tradition. The future is bright, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.”
Malone, another founding member of Transnation Title, was already part of the company’s leadership team. In her expanded role, Malone will oversee the residential and commercial divisions of Transnation Title. She has 39 years of industry experience.
“I’m so proud of what we’ve built at Transnation Title,” Malone said. “I’ve had the privilege of watching our teams grow over the years, and I’m excited to step into this expanded role to support them while continuing to ensure our partners and clients receive the unmatched service they expect from us.”
Olson said he is excited to see how Transnation Title continues to grow and evolve as his two longtime friends and colleagues take the reins.
“Bill and Becky represent the core of Transnation Title,” Olson said. “Their leadership, industry expertise and unwavering commitment to our company’s values will ensure a seamless transition. I have no doubt they will guide Transnation to continued success and growth.”
