Anderson|Biro, an executive search firm for the financial services sector, has named executive recruiter Cory Biro as an equity partner in the company.
Biro began his career with Anderson|Biro in 2015 as a college intern before transitioning to a recruitment role. Thanks to his relationships-first approach, which prioritizes meaningful connections and long-term placements, he has excelled for nearly a decade, according to a release from Anderson|Biro.
“It was clear that Cory was fully bought into Anderson|Biro’s mission from the moment we hired him,” Ryan Anderson, founding partner with Anderson|Biro, said in a release. “Our entire team’s goal is to consistently facilitate lasting success for each client and candidate we serve. Cory does not waver in that commitment and his contributions have helped shape the success of countless careers and businesses.”
Outside of its founders, Biro is the second team member to ascend to partner at Anderson|Biro, which was founded in 2007. The first was Kent Bondi in 2022. Similarly, Biro’s ability to create meaningful connections and deliver personalized solutions has earned him the respect of colleagues and clients across the real estate and financial services industries. Additionally, he has a personal connection to the company—Cory Biro is the cousin of founding partner Eric Biro.
“Cory’s leadership style has set a high bar for our team,” Eric Biro said. “He’s been an integral part of our growth over the past nine years, and we’re thrilled to have him join us as a partner. We look forward to his continued success and leadership.”
Cory Biro said staying engaged and prepared to lead is part of the job when working at an organization as deeply connected to the profession as Anderson|Biro.
“I’ve been fortunate to work alongside an incredible team that shares the same passion for the land title industry and commitment to connecting great talent with exceptional companies,” he said. “Our clients and candidates are at the heart of everything we do. This company has been my professional home since the beginning of my career, and I’m grateful to Ryan, Eric and the entire team for their support and trust.”
