Hopdox, an eRecording firm, announced its integration with Fidlar Technologies, a land records management software company. This move will enable counties using Fidlar’s land records management system, AVID, to receive documents from Hopdox for eRecording.
This collaboration expands eRecording capabilities for Fidlar counties, providing title companies, financial institutions, and other document submitters with Hopdox’s eRecording solution.
“At Hopdox, we believe in making eRecording simply better, and this integration with Fidlar Technologies allows us to serve even more counties with a seamless and modern solution,” Hopdox President Brian Boike said in a release. “By connecting with Fidlar’s trusted land records system, we’re helping counties enhance efficiency, improve security, and simplify the recording process for everyone involved.”
Fidlar Technologies is giving its nearly 350 county partners the option to expand eRecording choices for their customers by adding another vendor.
“We are always looking for ways to support our county partners with innovative options and solutions,” said Fidlar Technologies President Alex Riggen said. “With Hopdox’s ability to submit eRecordings to our AVID software, we’re empowering nearly 350 counties to offer their customers greater choice and convenience in the recording process.”
With this integration, counties using Fidlar’s system now have the option to receive documents for eRecording from Hopdox to reduce processing time, minimize errors and enhance the overall recording experience for county staff and their customers, according to the companies.
