TitleTap announced the release of a new customer relationship management (CRM) solution, TitleTap CRM, to help make growth easier for title companies and law firms.

From scanning business cards gathered at an event, to integrating a lead form within a firm’s website, to pulling in details from title production or practice management systems, TitleTap CRM is built to work with many business and industry solutions already in use.
TitleTap CRM automates follow-up activities such as sending individual or team reminders of next steps. Custom reporting and analytics show which relationships are generating business and which need attention.
The system’s artificial intelligence capabilities make writing emails and follow-up campaigns a one-click process. Other features include two-way texting, internal team messaging document storage and more.
