Real estate and blockchain technology provider Ubitquity, LLC is preparing to launch DeedAlert, an SMS platform designed to collaborate with homeowners, title agencies, underwriters and county recorders to enhance fraud mitigation efforts.
Integrated with Ubitquity’s NFTitle Network, DeedAlert combines blockchain recordation, InterPlanetary File System (IFPS) and Google Cloud Storage to provide a secure and transparent property record management solution.
“At DeedAlert, we prioritize the security and transparency of property record management,” the company stated. “Utilizing the $UBQT token on both the XPR Network blockchain and Polygon (MATIC), we ensure that your property records are stored immutably and tamper-proof. This innovative approach not only secures your data but also makes it globally accessible whenever you need it.”
DeedAlert is introducing SMS alerts specifically designed for homeowners. An initial pilot launch is scheduled for the third quarter in Miami-Dade County, Fla., with 850,000-plus public records, and Broward County with a similar amount of records that will be updated weekly.
“This groundbreaking service empowers homeowners by providing instant notifications and comprehensive property details right to their mobile devices,” company leaders said. “Our SMS alerts include the ability to access an NFT representing the property, blockchain hash for secure recordation, IPFS for decentralized document storage, and Google Cloud Platform Storage for robust data backup and accessibility.”
Key features of DeedAlert include:
- Blockchain Recordation: Using $UBQT on XPR Network and Polygon (MATIC) for secure and transparent property recordation.
- IPFS Integration: Storing documents on the IPFS ensures decentralized and reliable access.
- Google Cloud Storage: Data is backed up on Google Cloud, providing robust redundancy and availability.
- SMS alerts: Instant alerts and notifications via SMS, powered by Infobip SMS Service Provider, keep homeowners, title agencies, underwriters, and county recorders informed in real-time about any changes to property records.
“Whether you are involved in buying, selling, or managing properties, DeedAlert simplifies the process of staying updated on changes to property records,” the company added. “Our commitment to innovation and reliability guarantees that your property records are safeguarded with the highest standards of technology available.”
